Welcome to Ghar Aangan. By visiting our website or registering a pre-booking order, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Pre-Booking Campaign

Ghar Aangan is currently running a pre-booking campaign for our initial batches of authentic Pahadi products from Uttarakhand. The campaign is subject to the following rules:

• No Upfront Payment Required: Pre-booking is completely free and acts as a reservation of stock. No credit card or banking details are collected at this stage.
• Availability: Because our products are handcrafted and harvested by local farmers in small batches, stock is strictly limited. Pre-bookings are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Validation: We reserve the right to cancel pre-bookings with incomplete or invalid mobile numbers.

2. Pricing & Launch Discount

Pre-booking users are eligible for exclusive launch discount codes valid until our official launch on August 5, 2026. Individual product prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) within our booking portal. Standard retail pricing will apply to all orders registered after August 5, 2026.

3. Order Confirmation and Payment

To finalize your pre-booking and prepare your order for dispatch:

• Prior to August 5, 2026, we will contact you via WhatsApp, SMS, or Phone Call to verify your shipping address.
• You will receive a secure payment link containing your exclusive launch discount code to finalize the order.
• Payment Options: Cash on Delivery (COD) and online prepaid payment options (UPI, credit/debit cards, Netbanking) are available and will be confirmed during checkout.

4. Sourcing & Purity Guarantee

We guarantee that our products are sourced directly from village farming communities in Uttarakhand and are 100% natural, containing zero preservatives, artificial colors, or chemical additives. Natural variations in texture, color, and aroma may occur due to seasonal differences and traditional small-batch processing methods.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer Free Delivery across India for all pre-booked orders. Shipping of freshly harvested and processed batches will commence on August 6, 2026. Deliveries are handled by trusted third-party courier services. Average transit times range from 3 to 7 business days, depending on your geographic region.

6. User Content & Feedback

Any feedback, comments, or testimonials you share with us via our helpline or digital channels can be used by Ghar Aangan for promotional purposes. We respect your anonymity if requested.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ghar Aangan shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of delays in delivery caused by courier partners, weather, or natural disturbances in high-altitude sourcing terrains.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nainital/Haldwani, Uttarakhand.
